Alexa went above and beyond what was expected in this transaction. In the past, I have ordered from several different artists on Etsy, but this is the first time I was given the opportunity to review and suggest modifications before the item was sent which was hugely appreciated! Alexa always responded to my messages very quickly and was able to reassure me that my tight time-frame wouldn't be an issue. Then, despite asking for a modification, she sent the print within the time frame asked, so that I would be sure to have it on the date needed.
